Well I wasn't invited to the Con funeral for Tim Hudak. And Stephen Harper hasn't said a word in public about his crushing defeat.

But since he sent in half his cabinet to campaign for him, and he hates the Liberals so much, I can only imagine how he must be feeling.

But don't tell that to our hapless Con media, because some of them, like his faithful fluffer John Ivison, would have us believe Boss Harper is not really mourning.

Well at the end of this long day, I guess it's safe to say that the people of Ontario weren't too impressed with Tim Hudak's vision of the future.

They didn't like his Made in America plan to create jobs by killing them. 

Or the fact he couldn't count.

And they did send him and his hideous Cons a clear and unmistakable message: 

Ontario is still progressive, and so is Canada.

I guess it makes sense. Tim Hudak is incapable of coming up with an original idea, for obvious reasons.

So he is always borrowing them from others.

He borrowed his economic platform from the Koch brothers. Mike Harris' old gang is running his campaign.

And now he's clearly taken his voter suppression idea from the Harper Cons.

The Ontario Election and the Never-ending Con Nightmare

It was dull grey rainy Sunday on the waterfront where I live, but at least it gave me a chance to collect my thoughts, wonder what is happening to this country I sometimes no longer recognize.

And of course try to figure out who the hell I'm going to vote for in the Ontario election.

Because with only three days to go before voters go to the polls it's crunch time in the Big O. 

And it has been the weirdest election I've ever seen.

As well as the worst...

It only took about fifteen minutes of watching the Ontario leader's debate before I started to wish that I was watching something else. Anything else.

Or just lounging around with my friends on a lovely warm evening, like I suspect most people in the province were doing.

Because it was bad eh?

It was amateur hour. It was horribly mediocre. It was incredibly boring, in a painful depressing way. It was a REALLY bad movie.

Well I see that Tim Hudak still will not admit that he can't count, and that his Million Job Plan is nothing but a scam.

But he has come up with a new and daring scheme to try to make it look like his platform is Canadian rather than American.

Require his cabinet ministers to swear an oath to Ontario.

And for his connections to American right-wing extremists like the sinister Koch brothers, in whose think tanks that plan was hatched.

But today the Liberals came through on both fronts.

Well I'd like to tell you I'm having totally relaxing weekend eh? But sadly I'm not.

I mean how can I relax when Stephen Harper just spent three days in my neighbourhood pretending to be Mother Theresa? Or ranting and raving like a maniac.

And the future of the planet. 

And then just when I thought it was safe to go out, I read this story.

It's International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia. A day to remember the millions of LGBT people in the world who are being oppressed, hurt, and even murdered for the "crime" of being who they are.

A day to remember that even in Canada, the hatred that kills is still a problem.

I have to admit that I sometimes find it hard to take Tim Hudak seriously. He's such a goof, such a lousy campaigner, such a loser.

Until I remember that after Stephen Harper he is the most beastly Con in Canada, and  a Republican clone if ever there was one.

A man who lives to bust unions, drive down wages, and blow Big Business like a hoover.  A political thug who believes in chain gangs.

And a ghastly tea bagger who got his insane plan to create jobs by killing them, from a kooky right-wing American economist who works for the Koch brothers.

OK, I might as well say it. I need an Ontario election just when it's finally starting to feel like Spring, like I need a hole in the head, or Ontario needs Tim Hudak.

Because he is a beastly Republican-style Con who would rip a hole the size of a province in this country. And along with his good buddy Stephen Harper, take us all down with him.

Or turn us into another union busting Alabama. Or Putin's Russia.

But it clearly doesn't apply in Ontario eh?

I haven't written about Tim Hudak for a while because quite frankly I thought his Cons would have got rid of him by now. Since he is the best thing the Ontario Liberals and the NDP have going for them.

And he is a real LOSER.

But I see he has been calling himself a "winner" after the by-elections in Thornhill and Niagara Falls.

Even though his party's loss in Niagara Falls, the riding next door to his own, was a HUMILIATING defeat.

And this makes him sound like a MORON. 

Piggy Ford, Sun News, and Harper's Fatal Hat Trick

Gosh. I've never started a post with the same picture I used to end the last one eh?

But you really can't repeat this enough times: You can't put lipstick on a Con hog.

Mayor Rob Ford threatened to sue former staffers Thursday, but it was his reference to allegations of oral sex with a former staff member that sent shockwaves through the city.

Get Out the Vote: Defeat the Loser Hudak

He waved his daughter like a flag, he used her like a cheap prop. While attacking programs aimed at protecting bullied gay children.

Like a homophobic hog. 

He called new immigrants "foreigners." Like some burning racist from Alabama. He vowed to put chain gangs in our peaceful communities, like some Texas teabagger.

He oozed filth out of every pore on his brutish Con face. Never has a Canadian politician crawled so low. Tim Hudak the coward, the racist, the filthy piggy.

The LOSER.

The PC leader wanted voters to give him a free ride, casting himself as a taxfighter — but not much of a builder or planner. Most Ontarians didn’t take the bait.

On the campaign trail, Hudak stunned many by stirring up hostility against “foreign workers.” He defended a vile polemic linking sex education to gays and transgenders, a display of desperation that disgusted prominent Tories.

Now it's up to us to make sure we don't defeat ourselves.

On the surface, McGuinty has the momentum. But in a province where barely half of eligible voters turn out, election day remains a wild card and no major party machine can be underestimated.

The campaign is over and the debate of ideas — or lack of them — is behind us. Now, the battle between rival election machines could determine the outcome.

Come on orange ones, come on red ones, come on progressive Ontario. If this Montrealer can bring six of my friends to the polls. Which is like herding cats eh?

So can YOU.

Crush those filthy gutter Cons. Tell the sleazy teabagger Tim Hudak this is Canada not Amerika.

Tell him we are better than that.

Tell him this land is OUR land. And will NEVER be his.

Tattoo the word LOSER on his brutish Con forehead.

And make him wear it FOREVER...

Tim Hudak Plays the Homophobia Card

Well I see the Con teabagger Tim Hudak is so desperate he is hauling out the homophobia card.

Just as I told you last night.

Today The Sun runs the disgusting McVety ad. So now ask yourself is this an isolated incident, or part of an organized smear campaign?


And remember, they may be going after McGuinty Liberals. But the people they are hurting the most are bullied gay kids.

The miserable cowards.

Oh boy. It takes all kinds of people to make a world.

But only a Con could be so loathsome...

Tim Hudak, The Bloater, and the Dirty Game

Gawd. It's a horrible thought eh? But when I think about the homophobic porker Charles "Bloater" McVety these days, I can't help thinking of the Con teabagger Tim "Hoo Hoo" Hudak.

Because after reading McVety's grotesque ad in the National Post.

And watching this truly perverted video...



And then reading this.

I can't help feeling that Hudak's and McVety's messages are eerily similar. And that the timing is rather suspicious.

And then when I see how the right-wingers at The Sun are beating this dirty drum.

Rev. Charles McVety, president of Canada Christian College, said he knows exactly what all this means.

“Despite parents rising up against the attempts to indoctrinate and teach children as young as in Grade 3 about their sexual behaviour, and the six genders they can choose from,” he said. “There is obviously an agenda and Wynne is being very honest that if they win, the Liberals will see it as a mandate to bring back their sex curriculum.”

I can't help feeling that somebody is reading from The Con Playbook of Dirty Tricks.

And it reminds me what happened just before the Toronto election that brought the Con hog Rob Ford to power. An anti-gay ad appeared on a Toronto radio station. Remember?

Although everybody condemned it, the flap served to remind voters that Smitherman was gay, to the benefit of Ford. Just like the McVety ad controversy serves to dredge up the old demon homophobia, for the benefit of Hudak.

Hmmm...you don't think anybody has asked Hudak why he is echoing McVety's message? Golly I hope so. Because if I was an NDP or Liberal strategist, I would try to paste Hudak's icy blue lips to McVety's bigot ass.... with Krazy Glue.

Of course maybe it's just a coincidence. Or maybe I'm just paranoid eh? But an old feminist once told me that in dark times paranoia is a higher state of consciousness. And I believe her.

So I think the people of Ontario need to know that not only does  Hoo Hoo want to put chain gangs of dangerous criminals in our neighbourhoods. So they can escape and kill or rape children.

Not only is he one of the three Con Stooges of the Apocalypse...

He's also in bed with the bigot McVety. The piggy.

Yup. If the Cons want to play the dirty game.

Rob Ford's War: The Fight Back Begins

His ghastly face stares out from newspaper boxes all over the city, like Big Bubbah. The message couldn't be clearer, or more urgent.

Rob Ford has declared war on us. Now we must declare war on him, and the City Council stooges who are helping him destroy Toronto.

On our divided council, the mayor can count on roughly 19 votes guided by the thumbs-up or thumbs-down gesture of his henchman, Giorgio Mammoliti. The battered left can reliably muster 15, which leaves 10 votes gently blowing in the wind, the so-called mushy middle who showed a willingness to climb on the Ford bandwagon when the band was still playing.

But maybe now, as the proof of the Fords’ big lies becomes apparent, those in the centre might choose a long-term political career over sinking with the rapidly discredited Ford ship of state.

It's time those stooges learned a brutal lesson. Like the Con teabagger Tim Hudak did.

The prime minister said his government had cleaned up the “left-wing mess federally” and said he hoped to “complete the hat trick” by turning Ontario blue come the Oct. 6 provincial election, a comment that elicited applause from the crowd.

He's also going to look like a stooge...

Golly. That IS a perfect hat trick. Now when we attack ONE of them, we attack them ALL.

Tim Hudak Exposed as a Fraud. Again.

Uh oh. It looks like the Con teabagger Tim Hoo Hoo Hudak has one more reason to look confident worried deeply disturbed. After having been caught using ringers.

Ms. Raheb told the Windsor Star that her group was approached by Mr. Hudak’s campaign to appear at the news conference, but declined. The campaign then recruited other parents, whom they referred to Thursday as school council members and concerned grandparents.

“To have somebody do that behind our backs really presents the issue of how honest and how far they will go to implement what they're saying,” Ms. Raheb told the Windsor Star. “I mean how much can you trust them at this point now?”

Again.

The Conservatives have held several news conferences where they have used “real people” as the backdrop.

In Hamilton, nurses who were introduced as “emergency room” nurses were walked into an ultrasound lab to talk about flaws in the health-care system. Later on the bus, reporters found out the nurses didn’t actually work at the hospital but were brought in from the Niagara region for the event.

Gawd. This sordid scandal reminds me of that old Quebec saying: If my grandmother had wheels she'd be a bus.

But that would be cruel eh?
