Doug Ford And The Bigot Elephant In The Room

It's now a recurring nightmare. The hellish vision of Doug Ford swinging from the CN tower and bellowing like King Kong:

"I'm da Premier of Ontario!!!!" 

Now that the polls show him apparently heading for a gorilla of a majority. 

And as if that wasn't bad enough, then there's this other poll suggesting that men are mostly responsible for what would be an act of collective madness. 

Which I found even more disturbing.

For only that could explain a front page like this one...

Well it was closer than I thought it would be, the bestial Fordzilla  put up a desperate struggle.

But at last he could hold on no longer.

And after four long nightmarish years the Ford Nation has finally been defeated.

I suppose by now I shouldn't be surprised by anything Rob Ford says or does. 

Because that ghastly Con has been crawling through a sewer from the moment he came to office.

And the very sight of him offends me, as it should all decent people.

But I still thought that getting an endorsement from Mike Tyson was another low moment.

Less than 24 hours after its debut on Monday night, the conservative cable news channel axed Ford Nation, its highly touted TV talk show starring Rob and Doug Ford, despite record ratings for the network.
