It was another exciting and very loud night in my neighbourhood. The Raptors were playing and defeating the Golden State Warriors in Oakland, California.
But as they do every game thousands of Raptor fans had gathered in the place they call Jurassic Park, to watch the game on giant TVs and cheer on their heroes.
And when the Raptors won the party went on for hours.
Lisa Raitt has made a fool of herself many times in the course of her long and sordid career.
With one of the most notorious examples being the time she was overheard telling an assistant that cancer is "sexy."
And now that Con clown has done it again, with this ridiculous tweet.
He is without a doubt the worst premier Ontario has ever known, a dumb Con beast who has disgraced himself over and over again.
But as he prepares to celebrate his first anniversary in power he is giving himself and his government a five-month paid vacation.
And although many believe he is doing that so he can hide under a rock during the federal election campaign, so as not to do even more damage to Andrew Scheer's Cons.
He's bragging about his accomplishments, as only he can.
I've always suspected that the toxic Trudeau haters who swarm all over this country like foul smelling roaches, despise Trudeau for more than just his policies.
And that many who claim they hate him for buying a pipeline or whatever, really hate him for standing up so strongly for the rights of women like no prime minister ever has before him.
So I'm glad to see Susan Delacourt write about the misogynistic elephant in the room.

Storming the beaches of Normandy to strike a massive blow for freedom.
Or in the immortal words of Toby Barrett, a Con member of the Ontario legislature, to pave the way for Doug Ford to sell beer in corner stores.
When I was in Scotland last summer, I was thrilled to be able to witness Baby Trump rise the into the sky at a protest in an Edinburgh park.
Trump wasn't in Edinburgh, he didn't dare leave his tacky Turnberry golf course on the country's west coast.
But I still enjoyed seeing the famous blimp up close, and I laughed so much I almost turned orange myself.
So I was glad to see it being inflated in London other day, just in time to welcome Trump back to Britain.
It's been only a week since Andrew Scheer declared that bigots are not welcome in his party.
“I find the notion that one’s race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation would make anyone in any way superior or inferior to anyone else absolutely repugnant. And if there’s anyone who disagrees with that, there’s the door. You are not welcome here.”
Only to have one of his MPs Michael Cooper behave like a bigot.
And receive only this gentle slap on the wrist.
If any of you have been wondering why I haven't been blogging as often as I usually do, well wonder no longer.
For as you can see it is the sailing season, and after a long winter of fake scandals, Doug Ford, and bleak polls suggesting that Andrew Scheer could win the next election, I'm determined to enjoy every minute second of it.
However, even as I skim over the waves and let the cold clean wind scour away the horror of that nightmare winter, I can't forget that we are now only about four months away from an election.
And that if the Cons win that election we could soon be living in a nightmare world.
As you may have noticed, Andrew Scheer has been trying to remake the image of him and his Cons.
Trying to convince Canadians that he's really a nice guy.
Not the man commonly known as Schmearmonger, the depraved leader of the most bigoted party in modern Canadian history.
But unfortunately for Schmear, his record speaks for itself, and ugly is ugly.
It had to be one of the most bizarre spectacles I've ever seen, one so depraved it could only be Jason Kenney.
Flying off to Ontario to campaign for the Scheer Cons, and obsessed with killing Alberta's carbon tax.
Even as wild fires raged all over that province.
