As you may know, I've never had much respect for Postmedia, and many of the grubby scribblers who work for it.
The Con stooges who don't have to ask their corporate bosses what they want. They just know: Higher profits, lower taxes, and no Justin Trudeau.
And are only too eager to please or pleasure them.
But if that was once just an understanding, now apparently it's even worse, and even more humiliating.
Over the years I've become accustomed, or numbed, to the disgusting way the ratty Con media have gone after Justin Trudeau.
I've become accustomed to the flinty ideologues at the National Post, wearing their Con sympathies on their sleeves, working feverishly to destroy Trudeau to pleasure themselves and their Big Oil Masters.
I've become accustomed to the dirty little Sun, and its stable of hacks, spewing Con excrement out of every orifice.
But who knew the Toronto Star was now one of them?
As we all know, the good old boys from the parliamentary press gang have been in a frigging frenzy recently.
Covering Justin Trudeau's visit to India, from Ottawa and/or somewhere in Toronto.
Mocking Trudeau and his young family for dressing up in Indian garb...
Accusing him of having invited a former terrorist to dinner. Only thirty-four years after he tried and failed to kill an Indian diplomat in Canada!!
Claiming that the Indian prime minister Narendra Modi was so displeased he was shunning Justin!!!
Screeching like banshees, or Cons, that the visit was the worst diplomatic disaster EVER!!!
Or as Stephen Maher was seen to be screaming hysterically, bad for CANADA!!!!
I think by now you probably know what I think about our grubby Con media, and how much they disgust me.
You know what I thought about them during Stephen Harper's monstrous decade in power, when they fell over themselves trying to polish his behind, or blow his tiny trumpet.
And I'm sure you also know what I think about them now that they are attempting to bring down the Liberal government after only two years, by trying to turn a minor mistake by Justin Trudeau into a huge scandal.
But this is the absolute limit.
If you're a progressive in Canada, this is the kind of CBC News panel that can really ruin your day.
Old, grim, predictable, boring, and as Con as they come.
And like all the other CBC News panels and opinion pages, so totally biased the people's network might as well be a branch of the Con propaganda machine.
As a strong CBC supporter I really didn't think it could get worse.
But sadly I was wrong.
It's now been more than four days since Justin Trudeau missed a meeting of APEC leaders, and our Con media went ballistic.
Claiming he'd sabotaged a trade deal, and that all the other leaders were furious, and that Canada's reputation was RUINED!!!!
And nobody was more outraged than the pompous hack from the National Post Andrew Coyne.
Who fired off so many angry tweets his fingers must have been bleeding.
But while the other Con media stooges finally realized that Trudeau was simply sticking up for our country, and rejecting a bad deal.
And crawled away with their furry tails between their legs.
Coyne simply couldn't accept that he had jumped the gun, and made a fool out of himself...
No, that's not the famous MGM logo, and that's not Leo the lion.
That's our ratty Con media!!!
It can make quite a roar when it goes after a big piece of cheese, or Justin Trudeau.
And yesterday it was really loud, and never sounded uglier.
Or more absurd.
Or more Con.
He's the shiny bigot balloon of Alberta, the new leader of that province's United Conservative Party.
And although he is widely despised by most decent Canadians, Jason Kenney does have one big supporter, or cheerleader in the east.
The ghastly Margaret Wente.
It was one of the most disgusting political spectacles I have ever witnessed. A bully show if ever there was one.

But when it was over, or yesterday's story, nothing had really changed.
Yesterday I wrote a post about the CBC's frenzied attempts to try to bring down the Trudeau government, and make the sinister religious fanatic Andrew Scheer Prime Minister.
And how in pursuit of that goal it seems to have sacrificed its principles and its sanity.
And I was pleasantly surprised to see how many people agreed with me and shared my anger.
But sadly it seems the CBC doesn't seem to be getting the message.
For weeks Bill Morneau has been under an all out assault by the Cons and the Con media.
For having made a couple of rookie political mistakes, the decent Morneau has been smeared as a crook by scumbags like Pierre Poilievre.
Even though there is absolutely no evidence that he has done anything wrong.
And even though he is presiding over the greatest economic recovery in modern Canadian history.
Still the Con media is going ape shit over him.
As you know I have very little respect for the corporate media in this country, for its right-wing bias couldn't be more shabby or more blatant.
With only few exceptions, it's little more than a propaganda outlet for the Cons.
Its mission is to return them and their creepy leader to power as soon as possible.
As this new Con video makes only too obvious.
It's a classic Canadian story, with some of the good and some of the bad that makes us who we are. And a lot of snow which does the same thing.
And it could have been an uplifting tale about battling and conquering the elements in the Great White North.
But instead it turned into a horror show, where more than a week later they're still trying to figure out how this could happen.
And to make matters worse, some in the Con media are using what happened as an excuse to bash Quebec and Quebecers again.
As we all know, the Con media and the opposition have been having a ball attacking Justin Trudeau and his Liberals for charging people to attend Liberal fundraisers.
And suggesting that Trudeau could be bought for $1,500 bucks.
Even though he has denied that in a manner that seems to me both honest and reasonable.
I knew that the Postmedia boss Paul Godfrey is absolutely desperate, as his sinking media empire takes on more water, or debt, with every passing hour.
But who knew that after turning Postmedia into a branch of the Con propaganda machine, that attacks Justin Trudeau and his Liberals every single day of the year.
Godfrey would have the gall to ask the government to give him a tax break.
Oh dear. I can only imagine what the mood at Postmedia headquarters must be like after the latest bit of bad news.
With writers like John Ivison and Andrew Coyne fighting over the last place in the lifeboat.
Or begging their boss Paul Godfrey to give them the last lifejacket, if they promise to attack Justin Trudeau like there was no tomorrow.
Because if Postmedia is the Titanic, I think we're just about at this stage in the story.
As you know the Postmedia empire is in big trouble. It's buried under a mountain of debt, it's running out of money, and its reporters have been forced to tailor their articles to please their bosses.
If they attack Justin Trudeau they can keep their jobs, if not they're gone.
Well now it looks as if writers like John Ivison, or Andrew Coyne, are going to have to kick up their begging a notch.
The other day I wondered whether Ezra Levant's bigot site The Rebel would be able to survive for much longer.
With or without the help of Big Oil.
I doubted that it could stay afloat with only cheap ads and voluntary donations from its small group of readers to sustain it.
And sure enough now The Rebel has a paywall !!!!
