Well I think it's safe to say that those two bosom buddies Steve Harper and Rob Ford had a REALLY rotten week.
Once they had such big plans to impose total Con domination on the province of Ontario.
With the help of the other idiot stooge Tim Hudak...
But now it has all gone horribly wrong.
You should have seen them today in the House of Commons, like a two-headed beast attacking the foreign workers monster they created.
Stephen Harper vowing to crackdown on those who abuse the program.
"It does appear to be the case that there are some Canadian employers who believe that they can have a preference for temporary foreign workers," Harper said. "This government has been clear: That is absolutely unacceptable and it will not be tolerated."
But not the Work for Foreigners scam itself.
And Jason Kenney vowing to tighten up the program he has spend the last six years relaxing.
Well compared to all the other scandals he is facing this may not be the biggest.
Paramedics were called to the Prime Minister’s official residence in Ottawa over the weekend after an 18-year-old woman suffered from severe intoxication.
The Ottawa Paramedic Service confirmed that it responded to a call involving an 18-year-old who suffered from “possible alcohol intoxication” at an event at 24 Sussex Drive.
But it is scandalous to see how lightly the incident is being treated, and the way the RCMP seem to be trying to protect Stephen Harper.

By among other things running ridiculous ads in ethnic communities, like the one above, to target Trudeau's views on marijuana.

Well he wasn't in Question Period today, to answer questions about the porky Senate scandal.
Or tell us why he now admits that a "few" people knew about the Duffy Deal. Or who they are. Or why he claimed for so long that only Nigel Wright knew.
He won't hold a news conference to take questions from reporters.
But he will go on Tory radio to defend his decision to suspend three Senators without due process.
It must have been a frightening apparition in New York City today. Like a scary blimp in the Macy's parade eh?

I don't know if it's constitutionally possible, but if anything can bring down the Senate it just might be this audit.
The Senate's internal economy committee has accepted a plan by the federal auditor general to review all senators' expenses, including travel and office expenses, CBC News has learned. Sources have told CBC News that senators will be required to co-operate.
Because the way things are going who knows what porky stuff it might uncover? And since it might take over a year for the results to be known. Which would bring it into the gravitational pull of the next election.
It really makes me wonder whether Stephen Harper might end up campaigning to ABOLISH the Senate rather than reform it.

Golly. I bet the Cons are really regretting having gone after Tom Mulcair for ignoring a stop sign on Parliament Hill.

Well as you know Tom Mulcair got into a spot of trouble on Parliament Hill the other day.
He ran a stop sign, was intercepted by the RCMP.
And then mercilessly mocked by the Cons in the House of Commons.
First by James Moore and then by Jason Kenney.
But now it turns out Mulcair wasn't the only parliamentarian intercepted by the RCMP. So was Con MP Eve Adams.
Well afterwards the experts did agree on one thing eh?
It wasn't exactly the bout of the century, but it was both horribly revealing, and deeply disturbing.
For there was Big Boy Harper rushing out of his corner to accuse Justin Trudeau of being a girly man.
Only to lead with his belly, trip on his thong, fall flat on his face, commit defecation, and cry uncle sociologist.
Oh no. I see Stephen Harper is still trying to politicize a tragedy.
Still trying to portray himself as a strong leader.
Still trying to portray Justin Trudeau as a girly man too weak to govern.

While demanding that the rebel Canadian behind the Vikileaks site be mercilessly probed.
