Why the Con Media is Wrong About Justin Trudeau

From the moment he was sworn in the Con media has gone after Justin Trudeau like a pack of rabid rats.

They have attacked his wife, they have attacked his children.

They keep claiming that his honeymoon is over.

But sadly for them they don't seem to know their own country, and are almost certainly going to be bitterly disappointed.

The Appalling Hypocrisy of the Con Queen Rona Ambrose

As you may know Rona Ambrose has always been a ghastly hypocrite.

Who would go after child care for the Trudeau children, while claiming to be a feminist.

Or even worse, pretend to be a doctor.

While sentencing thousands of heroin addicts to death by making it almost impossible to set up needle sharing clinics.

Justin Trudeau and the Death of the Harper Cons

It was the most magical throne speech I've ever seen. The new leader stepping forward. the old one rotting in the shadows.

The promise to take our Canada back.

Justin Trudeau is signalling that his government will make a clean break from the policies and practises of its Conservative predecessors with a relatively short Speech from the Throne that promises a cleaner environment, an enhanced social safety net, and a new era of openness and transparency.

And to make it even more wonderful, the thought of the Cons screaming at the sound of the promise that will destroy them.

Stephen Harper and the Legacy of Bigotry

When Stephen Harper fanned the flames of bigotry during the election campaign for crass political purposes, I predicted that the fires he was starting would be very difficult to put out.

And sure enough, now the newspapers are heaving and churning with racist comments.

Anti Muslim bigotry is being used to create a backlash against the refugees who will soon be arriving here.

A photo surfaced on twitter from Tuscany station where the escalator had been sprayed in silver paint with the misspelled words: "F-K Syrea, Kill Musilums".

And this too is Harper's foul legacy.

The Ghastly and Ghostly Return of Stephen Harper

It was like a ghostly apparition. After pulling a vanishing act for weeks, and causing people to wonder whether he was holed up in his basement, or being treated in a mental hospital.

There was Stephen Harper back in the House of Commons.

But one moment he was there, and the next moment he wasn't.

The Excellent Humiliation of the Con Clown Pierre Poilievre

Once upon a time Pierre Poilievre was one of the loudest and craziest members of the Con regime. A political thug if ever there was one.

But we haven't heard a peep out of him since he won his fifth term by less than 2,000 votes.

However today the Commons was choosing a new Speaker and he couldn't help himself.

Even though the joke was lame, and only reminded us that his humiliation couldn't be greater.

Rona Ambrose and the Madness of the Cons

I always knew Rona Ambrose's claim that her Cons would be different and better than Stephen Harper's Cons was a hollow boast.

And that she would not be able to resist the tempting target of Justin Trudeau's children.

I knew that a woman who would allow heroin addicts to die, and would jail those who smoke marijuana, is capable of anything.

But who knew she would have the nerve to call herself a feminist, and declare that child care was a luxury?

The Con Media Goes After Justin Trudeau's Children

It couldn't be more of a disgusting or more cowardly move.

The Con media which despite its best efforts has failed to damage Justin Trudeau's popularity, or destroy our hopes for a better future.

Is now trying to do both by going after his children.

Stephen Harper's Day of Defeat and Embarrassment

Well one thing is for sure. In his lonely loser bunker, surrounded by the last of his loyal Cons, somewhere between Alberta and Paraguay, Stephen Harper is having another bad day.

Another Con bastion has fallen.

And a red tide has swept over Newfoundland and Labrador.

Why James Moore Shouldn't Be a University Chancellor

I must admit I was both surprised and shocked to see that James Moore has been named chancellor of the University of Northern British Columbia.

After the way he handled the oil spill in Vancouver's English Bay. Which defied reason.

And after his years of loyal service to his ghastly leader Stephen Harper, who waged war on knowledge and science, in a brutish manner never seen before.

So I'm glad to see that some in BC are letting Moore and UNBC know what they think of that appointment.
