You should have seen them today in the House of Commons, like a two-headed beast attacking the foreign workers monster they created.

And Jason Kenney vowing to tighten up the program he has spend the last six years relaxing.
In more than eight years of blogging against the atrocities of the Con regime, nothing has bothered me more than the way the MSM has heaped slavish praise on its deranged leader.
For while I have always seen Stephen Harper as a monster, who has broken every rule of decency in his bid to change this country beyond recognition.
The MSM has so often called that bizarre behaviour the work of a political genius.
So am glad to see that even Andrew Coyne has finally recognized that there is no there there.
Oh boy. Try as I might I can't escape the feeling that things are out of control in Harperland.
If it isn't the snow in Saskatchewan, it's the runaway blimp in New Brunswick.
And of course floating gently over us all in his runaway hot air balloon balloons is Jason Kenney...
If it wasn't for the fact that it's almost May, and Spring still feels like Autumn, I might have trouble believing I'm still living in Canada, or Harperland.
For when I check out the news these days I can't believe what I'm reading.
First there was Pierre Poilievre watering down his toxic Unfair Elections Act after vowing not to change a word.
And today there was Jason Kenney posing as a champion of Canadian workers.
Which had me wondering whether he's losing his mind.

Lordy. I think it's safe to say that Jason Kenney is now wrestling with his greatest inner torment since he chose chastity over sex, so many painful years ago.
For he is truly caught between the devil and a Big Mac.
On the one hand, because so many Canadians are so outraged, he's trying to look like he's cracking down on the sordid foreign workers scandal.

On the other hand he also apparently agrees with the CEO of McDonald's Canada, who believes that Kenney's moratorium is "bullshit."
Golly. I don't know who looked more more beaten or more pathetic today, Stephen Harper or Pierre Poilievre. It was too close to call.
But what is certain is that both were humiliated beyond belief.

And to be fair, it did decide that Nigel Wright shouldn't be charged for paying Mike Duffy to keep his mouth shut.
It did decide that the sight of an underage drinker lying unconscious in his driveway, after a swim suit party, wasn't something it should be concerned about.
And then today there was this gift from the Elections Commissioner.
Well surprise, surprise. I see that Jason Kenney has stopped bragging about how he plans to fix the foreign workers problem, after the tragic story of that waitress in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.
Who was reduced to tears after she lost her job to one of them.
And who can blame him eh? When he created the problem, Canadians are so angry.
And even McDonald's admits the problem is so big it's temporarily halting his pimping services.
Well compared to all the other scandals he is facing this may not be the biggest.
Paramedics were called to the Prime Minister’s official residence in Ottawa over the weekend after an 18-year-old woman suffered from severe intoxication.
The Ottawa Paramedic Service confirmed that it responded to a call involving an 18-year-old who suffered from “possible alcohol intoxication” at an event at 24 Sussex Drive.
But it is scandalous to see how lightly the incident is being treated, and the way the RCMP seem to be trying to protect Stephen Harper.
When I was a boy I sometimes used to dream about running away to sea.
So the sight of that old sugar boat today, made me dream for a moment of sailing to some place far from Harperland.
Because this tortured country is getting crazier by the day.
And so is the monster who would destroy it.
