For a long time Pierre Poilievre was able to peddle his dangerous nonsense, while the media looked away, or focused on the size of the crowds he was attracting. But not any longer.

Now he is being ridiculed for preaching the Gospel of Bitcoin, just as the crypto currency crashed. He has been called reckless for threatening to fire the governor of the Bank of Canada. 

He has been accused of being way too friendly with the hairy honkers who held our country hostage, and terrorized the people of Ottawa. 

And as more Canadians finally see him as he really is...

It's almost too good to be true. Like a Con version of the story of the Hare and the Tortoise. 

Pierre Poilievre gets off to a flying start, leaves the other leadership candidates in the dust, only to run into a brick wall. 

And have his campaign start to fall apart.

I had vowed not to watch another Con leadership debate again, but when the time came I couldn't resist. And I'm glad I did watch it.

Because it was the worst and most mediocre debate I've ever witnessed, more like a low budget game show than anything else.

And their decision to use a sad trombone to punish candidates for breaking debate rules, seemed only too appropriate.

And lying like a thief.

Claiming that his mighty army invaded Ukraine because the Ukrainian "Nazis" and their NATO accomplices were planning to invade Russia.

I missed yesterday's Con leadership debate live on TV. I forgot it was on, and by the time I remembered it was over.

And for a while I was sorry.

But then I discovered that I could watch the whole debate on YouTube.

And then I was REALLY sorry.

How The Cons Fell Into The Abortion Trap

It's an American nightmare. A threat by the U.S. Supreme Court to deny women in that country the right to control their own bodies.

It's a nightmare for all Americans who don't believe that religion shouldn't be telling anyone what to do, about anything.

And in this country it's also a nightmare for the Cons.
