It took a few days until we found out what Stephen Harper was doing in this massive mansion in Last Vegas last month.
Until a U.S. magazine revealed he was working for the billionaire Sheldon Adelson and his Republicans.
On Thursday evening, Adelson hosted some of the organization’s top officials at his palatial mansion. While former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper discussed how fractured parties can unite.
And Harper tweeted this:
But last now we know who paid for that trip.
Three days ago I told you about Stephen Harper's visit to Las Vegas, to meet with the shadowy right wing billionaire Sheldon Adelson.
And lecture Republicans on how to united their fracturing party.
But I wasn't able to determine whether Harper also attended the Republican Jewish Coalition meeting that Adelson was hosting that weekend.
That is until I saw this.
As soon as I saw that picture of Stephen Harper a few months ago, posing for a selfie outside a Shake Shack in Las Vegas, I was almost sure I knew why he was really there.
Not to soak up the sun, or stuff himself with the Shack's crinkle cut cheese fries, or its almost legendary frozen custard.
But to pay his respects to this creepy Republican billionaire.
When I watch this latest attack ad from the Mitt Romney campaign, I can't help thinking how desperate he must be, and how much money he must have.
If he can outspend even Obama.
