When a Husband Confronts Anti-Choice Protesters

His wife is about to have an abortion because the fetus has a congenital deformity and no chance of survival.

When he see anti-abortion protesters screaming at people entering the abortion clinic.

So he decides to confront them...



Wow. That'll teach them to torture women, and their lovers, on one of the worst days of their lives.

I don't blame him for being angry.

And I sure love this message:

Consider this my plea: stop terrorizing women. Stop adding trauma to their trauma. If you’re able, stand up to these bullies in nonviolent ways. Speak out. And if you have a camera, use it.

Stand-up. Speak out. Remember Dr Tiller.

"Anti-abortion forces have succeeded in restricting the availability of abortion through lots of means short of outright prohibition — everything from punitive regulations... to physical intimidation and harassment of abortion providers,"

Fight them, fight them, fight them.

Don't let them WIN...

Dr George Tiller and the Realities of Pregnancy

I've read a lot of good stories about the tragic killing of Dr George Tiller...most of them from the fabulous feminists in our own Canadian blogosphere.

And I also liked this New York Times story.

Because it talks about the realities Dr Tiller had to deal with...

“We’ve made pregnancy a fairy tale where there are no fetal complications, there’s no cancer, no terrible abuse of girls, no cases where to make a girl go all the way through a pregnancy is to destroy her. These are the realities of the story. That’s what Dr. Tiller worked with — the realities.”

And about what needs to be done about these pro-death terrorists...

“We really do need to arrest people who are trespassing. Arrest people who are gluing locks. Committing more minor violations of the law so criminal activity doesn’t escalate, so these criminals don’t feel emboldened....In places where the laws are enforced, you don’t see violence escalate. Protesters generally go someplace where there’s a more hospitable climate....Law enforcement can’t treat this as a political issue. It’s a criminal issue.”

Exactly.These terrorists should not be allowed anywhere near an abortion clinic.

And if these criminals resist, throw them in jail.

Because one woman's life, or the safety of one abortion provider, is worth more than the freedom of these hideous hatemongers...who would rather see a little girl being ripped apart, than do the right and decent thing.

And don't even realize how evil they are.

Oh boy. Look at the brutish face of the pro-Death movement.

For the sake of humanity, jail these "Christian" Taliban.

Keep them away from women.

Or just throw away the key....

I just heard about the murder of the heroic abortion provider Dr George Tiller.

I'm too angry to write about how I really feel. So I'll leave it up to JJ.

Or Dave at the Galloping Beaver.

And all I ask anyone reading this post is to read this story.

I can take an anxious woman, who is in the biggest trouble she has ever experiences in her life, and by performing a five-minute operation, in comfort and dignity, I can give her back her life.

Then watch the first minute of this video.

As horrible as it is....



Then tell me who are the heroes, and who are the TERRORISTS?

Some crazed loser may have pulled the trigger, but the Christian Taliban of the anti-choice movement set him up to it with their deranged, violent rhetoric. So they must share the blame.

And that's all I can say without losing it.

Except to say that George Tiller was a good doctor, a brave man, a quiet champion of women's rights, and my hero FOREVER. As are all the other heroic abortion providers.

The anti-choice movement is riddled with dangerous terrorists....and their supporters.

And they must be CRUSHED...
