It's just as well Stephen Harper didn't choose to emerge yesterday from the hole where he has been hiding for most of the winter.
For it was Groundhog Day, and he probably would have felt like all those other poor furry creatures awoken so rudely from their hibernation.
Blinking in the bright TV lights, and being asked to explain why his campaign prediction that sunny economic days were ahead, could have been so horribly wrong.
Or even worse for Great Furry leader, having to answer questions about this act of Con bestiality.
Jason Kenney has disgraced himself, or made a fool of himself, many times during his long and sordid political career.
He has gone after the human rights of women, gay people, Muslims, and most recently helpless refugees, as only a religious fanatic and a full fleshed Con bigot could.
He once accused Justin Trudeau of trying to flood our neighbourhoods with junkies and hookers.
And then of course there was the foreign workers fiasco, where after causing the problem, he claimed he was the solution.
But yesterday had to be one of his most disgraceful days ever.
It's hard to believe that Justin Trudeau has now been in power for just over a hundred days.
For although I'm sure it seems longer than that to him, it still seems to me like yesterday that he brought down Stephen Harper's foul Con regime.
I'm still celebrating.
And in that short time Trudeau already has quite a list of achievements.
Well today is Iowa Caucus day in America, and I must admit I'm a little concerned about the mental state of many of our neighbours, and where they might be going.
Because in their current fevered state ANYTHING could happen.
And to make matters worse I'm also worried about being horribly embarrassed.
For having confidently predicted that Donald Trump would NOT bring fascism to America.
Because he's too much of a blustering dickhead...
It's been almost a week since the Toronto police officer James Forcillo was found guilty of the attempted murder of 18-year-old Sammy Yatim.
Even though he killed him, and it was murder.
And now there are calls for another police officer to be charged for what he did to Yatim after he was shot.
In my last post I argued that the CBC should fire the Con clown Rex Murphy, for promoting the Energy East pipeline.
While being paid by Big Oil to give speeches glorifying their dubious achievements.
And for attacking Justin Trudeau, and acting like Rona Ambrose's spokesman, on the CBC's flagship news show The National.
Well now in the National Post, Murphy has taken his deranged campaign one step further.
Once upon a time I used to fly though the air like Peter Pan in search of the remote control, whenever the ghastly Rex Murphy popped up on my big TV.
In a desperate attempt to change the channel, before his oily fumes started pouring out of every orifice, and before that scary bulging eye started following me around the room.
But now I just sit there staring numbly at the screen and wondering: why is that Con teabagger on the CBC? Is this Canada or Trumpville?
And this is just the latest reason why I think he should be fired.
A lot of people in this country seem to believe that when we defeated Stephen Harper we sent the Con vampire to his political coffin, with a wooden stake through his heart.
But they couldn't be more wrong.
The monster may be hiding in the shadows, but he's very much alive, or undead.
And the Cons are still the Harper Party...
Stephen Harper likes to call himself a Christian, and some of his supporters have been known to call him Jesus Harper.
But both claims couldn't be more absurd or more blasphemous.
Harper is too evil to be a Christian. It is just an act designed to appeal to his monstrous satanic base.
And now it seems that his hollow instrument, the so-called Office of Religious Freedom, is about to be destroyed.
Like her leathery leader Rona The Vulture Ambrose, Candice Bergen likes to dress in black.
And with good reason.
She is one of the nastiest Cons in the House of Commons.
