Kellie Leitch and the Betrayal Of Our Canadian Values

You might think that as a doctor Kellie Leitch would understand that most Canadians were still in shock the morning after Donald Trump's victory.

Both shaken up and nauseous that such a bigot and a misogynist could have been elected president of the country next door.

So you might think that Leitch would restrain herself, so as not to make them feel worse.

But no, no she couldn't.

She couldn't contain her joy, and her love for Dirty Donald.

Conservative leadership candidate Kellie Leitch is praising American voters for throwing out “the elites” to elect billionaire Donald Trump to the U.S. presidency and says that same message needs to come to Canada.

“It’s an exciting message and one that we need delivered in Canada, as well.”

And at the first Con leadership debate last night, she made it clear that she wants to be  Canada's Trump.

Conservative MP Kellie Leitch proclaimed her “common interests” with U.S. President-elect Donald Trump in the party’s first leadership debate tonight, as several of her opponents pushed back against her immigration policy.

“I have common interests with Mr. Trump, screening being one of them,” Leitch said several times, picking up where she left off in a fundraising email Tuesday night that told supporters Trump’s anti-elite message was one she was hoping to bring forward with her own campaign.

A move so foul even her former press secretary says she should be ashamed of herself..

But then as we all know Leitch is shameless.

Her cultural barbaric act during the last election was an absolute freak show...

After the election Leitch sobbed, and told us it was all a horrible mistake.

Boo hoo hoo.

But now she's seen an opening, so she's going for it again.

A Mainstreet Research telephone poll conducted on November 5 and 6 showed Leitch to be the preferred candidate in the race, with 19 per cent support among Conservative supporters — ahead of Andrew Scheer with 14 and Michael Chong with 12.

And what that must surely tell us, is that Leitch wasn't really sorry about her cultural barbarism number. She's deliberately trying to poison this country again.

She really is evil.

And this is beyond shameless...

For our veterans and our glorious dead did not fight and die so she could call HER values THEIR values...

For Trump's values are not their values, or the values of this country.

And the good news?

Leitch is tarring the Cons with the bigot brush. Donald Trump's government is almost certainly going to unravel quicker than any other U.S. government before it.

And when it does go down.

They'll all going down together...

There's no reason to think a Trump administration will unravel quickly. The GOP controls both the House and the Senate, and will not stand in Trump's way. The GOP also controls the vast majority of state legislatures. Trump will soon appoint Scalia's replacement on the Supreme Court, giving the GOP a majority there too.

There will be no unravelling. We've seen incompetence in the Oval Office before - remember Chimpy McStagger? Dubya was a colossal fuckup, and a two-term presnit.

    1. hi anon...even George Bush, as dumb as he was was had some experience in government. Trump has none. Many of his own followers will abandon him when they realize he he hasn't a clue how to fulfill the many extravagant promises he made. And since many in the U.S. military consider him a Russian agent, it wouldn't take much for them to seek to overthrow him. Especially if the country is in chaos, as it will be, our side will make sure of that. And especially if Trump is found guilty of fraud or some sexual crime which considering his appalling record is also entirely possible....

So what exactly are THEIR values Simon? Let me guess. Every single one of them shared YOUR values? You are so full of yourself.

    1. hi anonycon...the values of fascism and intolerance are not the values of our country. They may be your values, but they are not mine, or the values of most Canadians. That's why we defeated and humiliated your depraved leader Stephen Harper. Have you forgotten already?

Found out today much to my alarm that he has been officially endorsed by own MP. Sorry Canada. Apparently David Yurdiga feels he has to go out of his way to constantly re-prove what a colossal dumb-fuck he is

    1. hi Way Way Up....it really is incredible how far the once proud Progressive Conservative party has fallen. They seem to be living in a parallel reality, they keep making the mistakes, and seem trapped in some kind of death spiral....

    1. hi Babe Ruth...well I'm all for that, let's knock that one right out of the park. Canada is not the U.S., and the further right you go in this country, the less chance you have of being elected. It's a fact look it up...

Leitch might want to pack her bags and move to the U.S.A. She might become the leader of the Conservatives but it is doubtful she will ever be P.M.

Leitch obviously didn't read the articles, that if Canada had been an American State Clinton would be President. What Leitch doesn't get is part of the reason they have so many "angry whites" in the u.s.a. is that they have to no hope and their social programs are few. If you're not doing well economically in the u.s.a. one of the biggest drains on your family budget is health care. that gets pretty much covered in Canada,
Canada maybe racist, but not to the degree the Americans are. The KKK has never flourished here as it has in the U.S.A. Kelly might want them to, but not going to happen, so Kelly can kiss her career good bye. she really is a very sad person.

    1. hi e.a.f... Leitch is under the influence of Nick Kouvalis her campaign manager, who is no doubt using that Trump stuff to try to raise her profile, and get her as much free publicity as possible. Unfortunately for her Canada is not the U.S., and trying to imitate Trump at a time when most Canadians consider him a dangerous maniac, will get her nothing but a very hard landing....
