The Vaccine Hysteria and the Angry Old Men

On the frontlines of the Covid nightmare, it's the belief that keeps many totally exhausted health workers from collapsing.

The belief that whatever our differences, we're all in this one together.

I share that belief. I see it as a chance to unite to defeat a lethal alien enemy. I see it as a great and noble cause.

So the ugly chorus of angry old men echoing in my ears these days absolutely disgusts me.

I've never seen or heard anything like it. It's a demonic cacophony of toxic Trudeau haters, jelly bellies and ghastly man babies, blaming Justin Trudeau for the vaccine delays.

Even when he's not to blame, and even when the news couldn't be better.

Canada stands to receive more Pfizer doses in the next quarter than expected; a promising development for a country that has been grappling with vaccine shortages for weeks, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said today.

The pharmaceutical giant will deliver 10.8 million shots between April and June as the manufacturing supply chain stabilizes after a shaky start to the year, the prime minister added. That's 2.8 million more shots in this period than the government had originally forecasted.

Still the torrent of hatred continues with comments like these...

And others too ugly, and sometimes too violent to print, all over the internet.

Until it seems like every old kooky Con is perched on his porch blasting off spittle in every direction.

Even going after this brilliant interview with the co-chair of Canada's vaccine task force, that shatters all that ignorance to smithereens.

It's not unanticipated that there would be stoppages to vaccine supply. For those of us that have been working in vaccine science for two decades, that is routine because these are biologic processes. The general public may be used to, well — we're ordering cars, why can't you just put the wheels on and the engine and what's the delay? It is very different for vaccines and for all biologics.

Just be content for a little bit that we are going to get enough vaccines for all Canadians by September and worry less about are we getting them today or tomorrow, and do your best to get through this pandemic without spreading disease until you get the opportunity to have a vaccine. Because right now, many people in the world do not have that opportunity to look forward to.

Attacking it as only low Cons could.

Which only shows that those angry old men couldn't care less about vaccines, or the lives of others. It's all about THEM, and about their hatred of Justin Trudeau...

The toxic Trudeau hatred that is a disease in this country.

The murderous hatred that would turn the vaccine supply situation into a horserace, and ignore these numbers:

The incredible achievement of our heroic healthcare workers who have so far treated and saved the lives of almost a MILLION Canadians.

You might think those toxic Trudeau haters, those cowardly Cons, those man babies, those jelly bellies, might be proud of what our health workers have and are still doing.

But they just don't care.

Many of them are so debased they actually want Team Canada to fail, just to "get" Trudeau.

Which in the middle of a pandemic can only be described as criminal, and is definitely NOT my Canada.

And the good news?

I bet those ugly old Cons hate these numbers too...

In fact I bet they hate those numbers so much, that even if they're vaccinated the next election will probably kill them...

They will no doubt go down still screaming and foaming at the mouth.

But their time will mercifully be over.

And no decent Canadians should or will give a damn...

  1. What clowns like Doug the slug, the errant old fool and Warnout Kinsellout etc. say doesn't come close to the truth. Vaccine tracker.ca shows that Ontario has never been close to running out and today has tens of thousands of doses unused. Manitoba , where the premmie is channelling Wimpy Wellington and gladly paying today for a vaccine two years from now, is not vaccinating at the same rate as BC or PEI . Lots of vaccines going unused there.

Ford isn't handling things well and hopes blaming Trudeau will save him. Don't bet on it Doug.

Old Tool is caught between party members with a smidgeon of decency and his sexist, homephobic bigots and is desperite for a scapegoat.

Kinsellout's narcissism is buthurt because he didn't get a job. Justin's fault of course. It takes self awareness to blame the guy in the mirror.

Vaccines are being delivered and these guys will soon have to put on their long shoes and red noses and drive off together in that tiny car.

  2. Hi Rumleyfips....I know it’s the middle of February but I can’t what’s happening in this country. I’m not surprised the Con premiers are blaming Trudeau instead of themselves, but the comments of their supporters are beyond belief. People like Kinsella are merely annoying because he hasn’t announce of credibility left. But there are others who should know better, and they should know better. I have quite a few friends, including my best friend, working on the frontlines, and I’m afraid all this moaning is going to undermine their spirits. And that makes me really angry. But as you say, all this will pass. We’re going to be flooded with vaccines, and what those man babies should be worried about is whether the Con premiers are going to be able to put them into the arms of their people, because quite frankly I wouldn’t trust them to do anything right...

Another week of useless vaccine supply hype and the winners are .... the pay per click media and their junk opinion pieces, the Cons not so much as the message ( other than Trudeau failed ) is just too confusing for parts of their anti mask, vax conspiracy motivated base. The real losers are Canadians who became slightly more distracted and less motivated allowing new Covid variants to make inroads. Similar to salt/fat laced junk food, emotion evoking opinion masquerading as news cannot be outlawed but measures can be taken to label it for what it is and people informed that an unbalanced steady diet is liable to kill you.

One would expect this nonsense from the usual crowd of useless Con douchebags who have nothing better to do in life other than spew their bile at JT. I imagine they live their miserable lives alone because any decent, self respecting woman would have nothing to do with them and any sane family members would avoid them like the plague. Look in the mirror douchebags. There's your problem. And then do society a favor and either mend your evil ways or look in the oven with the gas turned on. There, problem solved.
In spite of all the BS coming from the Con MSM, it's very encouraging to see those polling numbers, Simon. It's a testament to the intelligence of the majority of Canadians who aren't buying the big lie that Erin O'Trump and his fake news media are selling. We're doing as JT asked us to do, ignoring the noise. Whatever will they do once they're awash in vaccines? Complain that there's too many? It will be a case of Con premiers being "just not ready" to do the task at hand. And that's the sad part. If Doug and his General "Incompetent" Hillier weren't so busy playing the blame game they could have maybe had a plan for the rollout. So, ultimately it will be Ontarians having to wait because of these clowns. As for the 20K per month being paid for this partisan clown General, I want my money back. Hire a monkey with a Con tshirt on. Same difference, less cost.

  5. Hey can someone explain to me why the CBC comment boards are full of conservatives...? I mean don't the cons want to abolish the CBC or something similar?šŸ¤”

  6. I find it amusing in a stupid way that if the Cons were running things on the Federal level, we'd be getting lectured about "unity" and "we must rally around the PM in times of crisis" from the Cons and their lapdog media even though we'd also be dealing with a lot more CoVID deaths and the collapse of our healthcare system based on how things have gone in Alberta (Andy Scheer would have probably taken us down the same feckless and deadly path Randy/BoBandy/Smokey lookalike Jason Kenney has except on a national level.)

Personally, I don't care who is running the nation as long as they take a nation/province before party stance. Despite my loathing of Ford nation, I gave Doug Ford credit for not fucking things up in the spring. However, it seems more and more that Doug Ford government's approach in this past spring was more an accident than an actual plan. He seems more hellbent on saving (his buddies/donors) money instead of people.

Although its a different subject I find the Tools willingness to poke a stick in the eye of the golden dragon over Uighur abuse totally baffling. This is the leader of a political party that advocated deportation, snitch lines, impervious borders, values tests to 'ensure' that Trudeau and the Muslims did not institute Sharia law in Canada a few short years ago. Now the fearless diaper clad warrior is prepared to defend Uighur rights at the expense of his loyal followers exporting agricultural products to China. Nothing wrong with the message but the Tool poking away with a stick on an issue he doesn't give a rats ass about is just too bizarre to comprehend. Is he courting a specific voting region while calculating that his dummy followers will believe Trudeau trashed their export market by not forcing China to reform and increase their export purchases at the same time. It would be a simple feat for a true fearless diaper clad warrior that strikes fear in the hearts of all adversaries forcing them to submit to his demands whether its vaccine supply, trade or human rights. One any Canadian can be proud to call their leader! Get out the barf bags we are about to hit some really strange turbulence.

It now appears that the national Canadian numbers of vaccinations do not include Ontario because Ontario hasn't been providing the correct information.

  9. Hi RT...Our shabby media seems to think that need fake scandals to keep them in business, even in the middle of a pandemic. They seem to want to scare and demoralize Canadians for clicks, and for that in my opinion, they must be held accountable, and made to pay a price. For if we allow the Cons and their media stooges to get away with it, we'll end up in a very bad place...

  10. Hi JD...

I imagine they live their miserable lives alone because any decent, self respecting woman would have nothing to do with them and any sane family members would avoid them like the plague.

Yes, I imagine that explains their deafening squeals. And for that I could feel sorry for them. But there are a lot of lonely people out there who are managing to cope, and are patiently waiting to be vaccinated. And those poll numbers seems to reflect that. The Cons and their grubby media have done their best to accuse Justin Trudeau of trying to kill Canadians, but it hasn't had much effect. So imagine what's going to happen when the vaccines come flooding in. I predict those poll numbers will take off like a Saturn rocket, and it will be very, very, satisfying....

  11. hi Jsb...Good question. But if we're looking for an answer we first have to ask this question: Why does CBC News work so hard to try to bring down the Trudeau government when Erin O'Toole has promised to take down CBC News if he ever becomes prime minister? I guess the Cons can sense that, and that's why they infest the comment pages of the Conservative Broadcasting Corporation. It's weird but that's Canada...

  12. Hi Dan...I share your belief that in the middle of a pandemic our leaders should put the national interest before their political interests. I think Justin Trudeau has done a pretty good job in that regard. Despite all the cheap shots he has had to endure, he has not replied in kind.
He has been polite, as I expect a Canadian prime minister to be, and I can only hope that the opposition parties can at least pretend that we're all in this together. I also was pleasantly surprised when Doug Ford showed some leadership qualities for at least a while, and gave him full credit, even though I now fear he's starting to show his true colours again...

  13. Hi RT...I also find it bizarre that O'Toole would make a big issue out of the Olympics in the middle of a pandemic. It's fine to criticize China for its human rights violations, but I find that the Cons foaming anti-Chinese hatred goes too far. It mimics Trump's anti-Chinese propaganda and is triggering discrimination and even attacks against Chinese Canadians all over the country. And as you point out, the Cons are the last people to pretend to be Muslim defenders, when their bigotry from the days of Harper has been absolutely disgusting...

  16. Hi RT...Yes, it's a sad day....if you're a Con. I don't normally celebrate the death of people, but Limbaugh was such a foul person I'm just glad he's gone. For he didn't just only poison the political system in the U.S., he also helped poison ours. May he rot in hell...

  17. Hi JD....I'm sure you don't mean that. I read the Breitbart comments and they were soooooooo sad, I almost felt sorry for them. But then I remembered that in many ways Limbaugh was the mad scientist who created Trump, and then I felt like firing off fireworks. I didn't have time to write anything about his death, but now I might write something...
