Donald Trump Goes After The Pets Of America

We know that Donald Trump is a ghastly beast, one who resembles the porky Napoleon  in Orwell's Animal Farm.

The one who betrays the other animals, like Trump is betraying millions of Americans including many of his own supporters...

But it's not just people he's threatening to kill.

He's going after all kinds of other creatures who share this world with us.

Like the beautiful and very endangered rusty patched bumblebee.

The Trump administration on Thursday delayed what would be the first endangered designation for a bee species in the continental U.S., one day before it was to take effect.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service adopted a rule Jan. 11 extending federal protection to the rusty patched bumblebee, one of many types of bees that play a vital role in pollinating crops and wild plants. It once was common across the East Coast and much of the Midwest but its numbers have plummeted since the late 1990s.

Who although it works tirelessly to help put food on our tables, may be the first victim of Trump's determination to scrap all kinds of regulations protecting the fauna and the flora of America.

And make Big Agro Great Again. Or at least even richer.

And that's not all.

As Keith Olbermann explains, he's also going after the pets of America.

And really what more can you say about a beast like Trump?

I'm not surprised he doesn't have any pets himself, because he could never understand the love between them and their owners.

Or appreciate the wonderful sight of two big wet noses poking through holes in a gate...

ShadowBun

Which is probably just as well for their sake.

Because if he treated pets like he treats so many humans, it would be a horror story...

Maybe now even his dumbest supporters will understand what he's planning to do to them, and those they love.

All of them.

And do what they must to cage this savage beast, as soon as is humanly possible...

Anyone that narcissistic would not be able to relate to a pet other than perhaps viewing a pet rabbit as dinner.

I doubt that he can relate to people much better. He probably only has had wives because they flattered him. Trophy anyone?

Trumps "Trump tower" vision for America only includes dedicated employees and paying guests that are there for commerce or pleasure in a no worries climate controlled environment. No room for any other living creature unless possibly for entertainment. Bizare that his most ardent supporters would not be allowed into the basement of one of his towers even under the cover of darkness.
Stone palaces and fortresses with the monarchs and elite at the helm... no solutions, no vision all he is doing is traveling backwards in time.

The Masque of the Red Death suddenly just got a lot more prescient.

Interesting comment RT. If Hillary would have won what difference would it have made? It's always been palaces and the elite at the helm. Communism doesn't work. What would you suggest? A poor man for president?

Trump’s National Security Adviser has a huge problem — which means so does Trump

They voted for him, now they can live with the repercussions. If bees all died, the world as we know it would be gone in 4 years.

As to repealing the ACA, some of the Republicans got a rude awakening when they went home and held town hall meetings. Turns out not all Republicans are happy about the impending demise of the ACA. On the other hand, it might be Trump is too busy firing his recent hires to focus on the ACA. He still have North Korea to deal with and no process in place for the various dept. to report out. this is going to be a fine mess, so the ACA may still be there in 4 yrs even is schools aren't

    1. hi e.a.f....yes, I see Trump's pledge to dismantle Obamacare on his first day in office seems to have been delayed until close to his last day in office. I've been watching some of those Republican town halls, and I can only hope the Republicans have good medical coverage, because they may need it before that horror story is over....

    Hi MC

A progressive supportive society bound by basic human values rather than a myriad of laws and punishment. A structure where everyone can realize their full personal potential rather than those imposed potential. Its an evolutionary journey with many pitfalls and wrong turns along the way rather than a destination just over the next hill.
