Peter MacKay and the Secret Taping of John McKay
It seems only fitting that the person who secretly recorded Liberal MP John McKay in an attempt to embarrass Justin Trudeau.
A Liberal MP was secretly recorded saying that he thought party leader Justin Trudeau had a “bozo eruption” when he declared that anti-abortion candidates won’t be allowed to run for the Liberals.
The audio recording was made by someone with Conservative leanings.
Was apparently working for Peter MacKay, the minister in charge of invading our privacy.
Although neither MacKay or his office will confirm that.
Justice Minister Peter MacKay’s office is refusing to say whether an intern working there this summer is the same person who may have participated in a surreptitious recording of Liberal MP John McKay two weeks ago.
MacKay’s director of communication has rebuffed several attempts to reach her over four business days and refused to comment outright Wednesday after the Lanark Frontenac Federal Liberal Riding Association released a list of names and a photograph that appear to link the recording to summer intern Allan Mason.
But since Mason's Linkedin page has suddenly disappeared, I think it's safe to say that he must be considered the principal suspect of this little trio.
Organizers were able to identify many of the participants. Three names at the bottom of the list – Michael Oberman, Allan Mason and Trevor Stacks — couldn’t be accounted for. During the event, organizers noticed three young men who sat together in the front row and stood out because most of the participants were older adults who were familiar in the community.
And what this sordid episode demonstrates once again, is what kind of young people the Cons are recruiting.
What kind of weirdos they are...
And how they actively seek to corrupt them.
The Prime Minister’s Office orchestrated a protest earlier this month at which Conservative party interns mocked Liberal leader Justin Trudeau during an open-air news conference. It is the latest revelation about the lengths to which Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s office — the nerve centre of the federal government — will go to meddle in partisan politics.
And turn them into the kind of ruthless fanatics who would do ANYTHING for their Great Leader.
Even try to steal an election, as the once aggressively partisan Michael Sona is accused of doing.
Crown lawyers wrapped up their case against Michael Sona on Thursday as the lawyer for the former Conservative campaign worker said he would not be calling any witnesses to testify, including his client.
Sona, 25, is accused of concocting an elaborate plot to autodial 6,700 phone numbers in Guelph, Ont., in an effort to steer non-Conservative supporters away from the ballot box on the day of the 2011 federal election.
Because whatever happens to Sona, or anyone else who might be involved, that's what that story is really all about. The inevitable result of young fanatics taught to believe that the end justifies the means.
That their opponents are their mortal enemies, and winning is all that counts.
And you know who taught them that...
The Great Corrupter himself.
And the question all Canadians should be asking themselves is what else is that depraved leader encouraging them to do, and what other dirty tricks are they planning?
Because believe me, those little monsters are dangerous, and they are capable of ANYTHING.
And the good news? We're on to them. They think they're really clever but they're not.
They have made mistakes, they will will make more of them, they will get into trouble.
The police will be called in when the time is right.
And with a little bit of luck.
They'll all go down together...

and so they continue. the cons keep crossing lines and getting away with it. So they try even harder with their sneaky underhanded and sometimes completely illegal behaviours.
ReplyDeleteAs for the SONA trial, what a big disappointment. I think Sona was involved and I think he should have named all the participants. But I bet he is hoping to get off on a lack of clear evidence that nails him, and Prescott, Morgan, Jenny Byrnes, they all were in deep.
With Prescott, having lawyered up and refusing to co-operate without "immunity" to prosecution, it is difficult not assume he commited crimes which could have been prosecuted. But in Canada today, with Petey Gumboots MacKay in charge (did he pay someone to take his bar exam?) Justice is a joke, a depressing one, but a joke nevertheless.
