Michelle Rempel's Bizarre Late Night Twitter Eruption

One of the worst things about the election campaign was having to watch so many hours of the Con clown Michelle Rempel, especially on the program Power and Politics.

Because she couldn't have put on a worse or more irritating performance. She was rude, arrogant, loud. She kept interrupting the other guests and the host Rosemary Barton.

And the way she repeated her ghastly Con talking points ad nauseam, was enough to make me dive for the remote control in a desperate attempt to change the channel.

But strangely enough she seems to think she did so well, she's now qualified to replace Stephen Harper !!!

For what else can explain this bizarre Twitter explosion?

And what can account for that weird late night monologue, and her apparently seething frustration?

Which shocked Twitter users all over the country...

One can only hope it wasn't the wine...

Because as you know she's not just an MP, she's a trained wine professional, or sommelier...

But whatever, my guess is that somebody, probably her Big Daddy Stephen Harper, let her know in no uncertain terms, that she's just not ready.

Just like he did after her other bizarre Twitter eruption about a year ago, when she defied ISIS with her absurd  #securebedroomselfie campaign...

Only to be reprimanded by her depraved master...

And what she doesn't seem to understand is that this is nonsense...

The election made it only too clear that the Cons don't reflect Canada.

And what Rempel also doesn't seem to understand is that if she's truly interested in women's rights she's in the wrong party.

And that after being her master's voice during the most disgusting and bigoted campaign in modern Canadian history, she too is now unfit for higher office.

She sold her soul to Stephen Harper.

And he did corrupt her absolutely...

And yes, now that we have destroyed their monstrous leader.

I think it's time to destroy their future...

Each time I watched Power and Politics during the Election I simply muted it when Rempel spoke. She is cut from the same cloth as Harper: extreme egoism, nastiness, arrogance, etc. But she is also fairly dimwitted. From their own self-interest the Cons would do well to steer clear of Remeple, as well as Kellie Leitch and Lisa Raitt. If they really want to look forward, they should look outside Harper's caucus and choose someone who is not only less nasty but is less tainted by the Harper legacy. But from my point of view they should choose the most Harper-tainted, idiotic, nasty leader they can find because that will keep them out of office after the next election.

They seem to be intent on cleaning up their history and denying all the rotten things they did. Or denying they were rotten. Everywhere I Iooked yesterday there was Cory Teneyke. Seems to have become the darling of the political shows. Replacing 'Stock' Day? Must make my complete list of everything they did wrong. We are not done yet Simon.

The one truly great thing about the election results is that now we can tell these mouthpieces to STFU

Is it possible to get a psychiatric evaluation of this remplestiltskin???

Actually, I think Remple and Leitch are very suitable leaders for their party .... nasty, arrogant, loud mouth, dim witted (despite their education credentials) ... if they were bright, they would have distanced themselves from the abuses of power, nastiness and race baiting tactics. Lisa Rait is perhaps the only one of the three who is not so tainted.

Late-night tweeting after a few drinks isn't a wise idea, Michelle.

Does someone worse than Harper exist Kirby? Hah...

Lisa Raitt is a saint compared to the arrogance of Remplestiltskin and Roxanne James (who was defeated!)

hi Kirby...you know when Rempel first appeared on the scene, I actually thought she might be different and better than most Cons. But I'm afraid she has disappointed me greatly. She is a wretched ideologue and a Harper groupie. And to make matters worse, not only a dim bulb, but an incredibly arrogant and aggressively rude one to boot. I think it would be a great idea to have a woman leader, but with the possible exception of Lisa Raitt, all the female and male Cons have drunk the Kool-Aid. So I agree with you, if they are to renew and reform their party they will have to search for an outside candidate. And with Harper still pulling the strings I don't see that happening...

hi anon...yes the move is on to sanitize their record and appear more benevolent. The Con clown Jason Kenney is even talking about what is needed is a "sunnier tone." When it was his foul bigotry that helped drag this country into the darkness. So yes we are not done. And they are not yet buried...

Yes, I'd like to know who is giving her a hard time. My guess is that it's either Pierre Poilievre, or Jason Kenney, and that she is desperately jealous of Kelly Leitch who is practically falling over herself trying to become the new leader. Unfortunately for Rempel, Leitch is a practicing orthopaedic surgeon and much smarter than her. So it should turn out to be a great soap opera, and I'm hoping tear the party apart...

hi thwap...yes that was my reaction. If I could I'd only read her Twitter feed, rather than have to watch her screaming or pouting, but unfortunately she has blocked me from her feed for no good reason. Since I've never sent her a message rude or otherwise. But then so has Jason Kenney, even though I've never sent him a message either. Thwap, dammit, those Cons just don't love me, and as you can imagine, I couldn't be more delighted... ;)

hi anon...yes, it does make a big difference. They still sound as crazy as ever, but the disappointment on their faces makes it so much easier to endure. And of course I'd give anything to watch Chris Alexander and Paul Calandra tell us how they feel about being evicted so rudely... ;)

hi anon...you know at one point when they stuck her right behind Harper in the House of Commons I thought she looked bored, or slightly appalled at what her Great Leader sometimes said. But alas that turned out to be mere illusion, but now she beats his hollow drum louder than most of his other stooges....

hi Mogs...well I don't want to be unfair, or have her accuse me of only saying that because she's a woman !!#@!! But I must say, tweeting at that time of night, in such a self pitying manner, and being a sommelier and all that, it is highly suspicious...;)

Simon said...

hi anon...no I'm afraid not, all Con candidates are banned from those kind of examinations, lest they all end up in the same place, a hospital for the criminally insane. However if she continues in this manner, and continues to hang out with those Cons, I can see Remplestilyskin arriving one day, in handcuffs, at a prison for women. And I'm ashamed to admit, it that was turned into a reality show, I would definitely watch it... ;)

Simon said...

hi anon...yes, I also had to admit that I thought Leith might be a cut above because she's a surgeon, but she has show herself to also be a wretched ideologue. And when she helped Alexander unveil the new snitch line for barbaric cultural offences, she hit rock bottom. So yes, Raitt does seem the best of the three, but of course since they are all Cons that's all relative, and doesn't mean much...

hi Way Way Up....yes, I think tweeting after drinking at anytime isn't a good idea. And from what I see on Twitter it's unfortunately not just her problem. I don't drink, but I don't dare go near my Twitter site if I'm even the slightest bit angry. Because it's all too easy to make a fool of yourself and bitterly regret it later...
